Nexus Roleplay – Shop & Donation Terms of Service
Welcome to the Nexus Roleplay Shop! By purchasing any package, custom class, or item from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Terms
All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred on our side.
Any disputes or chargebacks initiated through payment processors (e.g., PayPal) without prior communication will result in an immediate permanent ban from Nexus Roleplay.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace any item or package in the shop at any time without notice.

2. Custom Classes
Custom Classes ([Criminal] and [Government]) are non-permanent and require a monthly maintenance fee to remain active:

Government: $8/month
Criminal: $5/month

Monthly maintenance fees are due on the 15th of each month. Failure to pay may result in the removal or disabling of your custom class.
Only the Owner or their delegated representative can approve, process, or modify custom classes.
Custom class packages include specific perks as listed in the shop and are subject to review and balance adjustments.

3. Permanent Packages & Items
Packages such as VIP, MVP, MVP+, Custom Chat Prefix, Permanent Guitar, and Graffiti SWEP are permanent and do not require monthly fees.
Benefits and access related to these packages (e.g., prop limits, job access, Discord roles) are subject to change at the discretion of executive management.

4. Donations & Payment Process
To purchase items or make donations, please use the official website: www.nexusroleplay.store.
Select the package(s) you want and enter the total amount into the “Custom Donation” box if applicable.
After completing your payment, submit a ticket on our Discord server with:

A screenshot of your payment confirmation
A detailed list of the items or packages purchased
Failure to provide proof may delay processing of your purchase.

5. Refunds
Refunds are only provided at the sole discretion of the Owner and only in cases where Nexus Roleplay or its donation platform made an error.
Donations are considered voluntary support and not purchases of goods. All sales are final.

6. Content Ownership & Rights
All custom content created or modified for donors remains the property of Nexus Roleplay.
Donors are granted access and use privileges but may not redistribute, resell, or modify custom content beyond what is permitted on the server.
Nexus Roleplay reserves the right to revoke or alter any custom content if it is deemed disruptive or against server policies.

7. Policy Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the player to stay informed of the current policies by reviewing announcements on the Nexus Roleplay Discord and website.
